Charming early 19C Staffordshire child’s plate with a center green transfer scene of a boy hunting with a gun accompanied by his two dogs, framed with an embossed border of roses, daffodils and daisies. Very good condition with no chips or cracks, just fine overall crazing. Nice pearlware glaze.  No. 6150C

Super early 19C Staffordshire child’s plate with a center transferware scene of a child riding an elephant and a servant shooting an attacking tiger, framed with an embossed floral border. This plate is 7 ½” diameter and in fair condition; there is a rim chip at 8 o’clock and a line from the edge at 9 o’clock.  No. 7050C2

Fabulous early 19C Staffordshire transfer child’s plate called “Robinson Crusoe’s Raft” with an amazing embossed border. Center transferware scene of Robinson Crusoe poling his raft down a river and an incredible embossed border of trees, a bird’s nest, a dog with game, a goat, a dragonfly, and dogs chasing a hare. This plate is 8” in diameter and in very good condition with no chips or cracks, just a bit of fine crazing.
