Policies
General Information:
- All items are in excellent condition unless noted in the description.
- Additional pictures and information are available for any item on request.
- All prices are in US dollars; shipping and insurance are not included.
- Sales Tax: Florida residents please add 7% sales tax or supply copy of valid tax certificate.
- Any customs or import duties on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
To Order:
- Click on the"Buy" button and complete the order form for each item you wish to purchase.
- You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order with your total charge including shipping/insurance.
- Wherever possible, multiple items will be combined in one shipment.
Payment:
- Check or money order in US funds. Money order ship immediately, but checks must clear first which can take up to 10 business days.
- Credit cards through Paypal which is a free service or MasterCard or Visa through our secure server.
- If you choose to pay through Paypal, I will send a Paypal invoice to your email address.
- If you choose to pay by credit card, your card will not be charged until you have approved the total amount, including shipping/insurance.
Shipping:
- Packing: everything is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. Fragile items are protected with cushioning material and double boxed if necessary.
- There are no handling fees or hidden charges for packing.
- Insurance is required on fragile items.
- I ship USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground in the USA and Priority Mail International for overseas. If you have another preference, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important and I want you to be happy with your purchase. I try very hard to describe my items as thoroughly as possible, but sometimes I miss something. If I have inadvertently not described an item accurately, please do the following:
If you are in the USA: just let me know by email or fax within 3 days of receipt. Once we have discussed the problem, please return the item by insured mail. As soon as it is safely back here, and I have verified the discrepancy, I will refund the purchase price of the item. All postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- International customers: please contact me within 14 days of the date I mailed the package. Once we have discussed the problem, please return the item by insured airmail. As soon as I have received it safely, I will refund your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. I must have this policy because of the length of time involved in shipping. All postage and insurance costs are paid by the buyer.
